That is why internal employee retention measures and maintaining a professional image are important to us. Our aspiration is to position ourselves on the market as an attractive employer and stand out positively from other competitors.

Concern for occupational safety is a major priority at Gebrüder Weiss. That applies particularly in industrial areas of work where there is a high risk of accidents with serious outcomes. Gebrüder Weiss has a central occupational safety system which enforces relevant laws and regulations. In Austria, these include legislation on workplace and employee safety. In other countries, the system is complemented by relevant regional and national laws. ISO 45001 sets the parameters for the company's safety management system.
